• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Honey Bear Gourmet ships merchandise using United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Post Office (USPS) to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Honey Bear Gourmet ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico. If you want to ship to another country, please call and place your order over the phone so we can provide you with restrictions and estimated shipping costs.  Please notify us immediately if there is damage to your package or if the recipient reports damage to the package.

  Local Delivery is available in the Denver Metro area and many surrounding cities. The guidelines are the address must lie within the C470 Corrider which surrounds the city of Denver. We use a local professional delivery service to deliver our Gift Baskets and Gifts. They will deliver to areas outside of the delivery area for an additional cost. These costs are based on the specific address, so please feel to call or e-mail us to get a quote. Same day delivery and Rush delivery are also available, but only by phone.

  Local pickup is available by appointment only. Please choose this option only if you have made an appointment before placing your order.

  Please remember, we do not make your Gifts until you place your order !




• Sales Tax

• Honey Bear Gourmet charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable Colorado State sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.




• Store Hours

• Honey Bear Gourmet telephone hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Chances are if you leave us a message outside of those hours, someone will call you back shortly. You can also e-mail us at info@honeybeargourmet.com and we will glad to answer you within 24 hours or generally sooner.




• Miscellaneous

• Orders must be placed by 2:00 P.M. for delivery or shipment the next day. If you require a Rush order for delivery or shipment the next day, and it is after 3:00 P.M. the day prior to your need, please call to make sure we will be able to fulfill your order. We hand pick our perishable products and while we keep stock, we like to have the very freshest products available for our customers.
